The nominator accepts that all information submitted is accurate and in full compliance with the guidelines in order to submit a nomination for the Arts Awards with Arts Council Malta.

The nomination form along with additional documentation sent to ACM will be sent to evaluators appointed by ACM itself.

The nominator accepts that the content submitted in the nomination form will be assessed for eligibility as defined in the guidelines for the Arts Awards.

The nominator accepts that in the event of ineligibility, the application will no longer be processed and sent to the reviewers for their consideration.

All information provided in this nomination must be documented under the nomination process of the Arts Awards with Arts Council Malta and subject to documentation processes with standards adopted by ACM and sought by entities in the public sector.

This nomination does not prejudice any other nomination has been submitted or presented to the Maltese Council for the Arts through other nominations platforms.

The nominator accepts that his/her nomination process will pass through the evaluation process as outlined in the Arts Awards guidelines.
